Himanta Bishwa Sharma and Rockibul Hussain visit Charaipung

Assam Govt’s spokepaerson Himanta Bishwa Sharma and Forest minister Rockibul Hussain visit the disrupted Charaipung area today. On their visit Himanta Bishwa Sarma says, “We do neither need an inch of land from Arunachal Pradesh nor we will give away an inch.” He also permitted the Superintendent of Police, at Charapung, to shoot at sight if NSCN enters Assam. The minister also stated before the civilian that the govt will develop the border area by establishing hospitals, water supply etc. and also promises compansation to the victims, birefing that DRDA will make their houses. The minister stating the role of Assam Govt here, warns and condemns the role of Nagaland CM Nephew Rio for his provokative role. Mr Sharma also stats his believe of 3rd party is involved behind the entire incident. He says clash with NSCN only not with Arunachal pradesh, while NSCN(IM) is in ceasefire, they should be in designated camps, not in the border area with open arms. Before leaving Charaipung Mr Sharma also promised the native civilian, that Govt will submit their report and take the matter to the Central govt as per need.
