Turtle Recovered from Lakhimpur and smuggler arrested

One turtle of 21 Kgs, was recovered from a smuggler atpandoah in Lakhimpur district, today. Nowbosia security personnel arrested one smuggler, who was carrying the turtle to sell in the market.
It is needed to be mentioned that the turtle in Assam is decreasing rapidly, and it is almost rare to be found nowadays, due to human behavior of using it as spices.
