ULFA’s Deputy C-in-C Raju Barua gets bail in 3 cases

The Gauhati TADA court granted bail in 3 cases to ULFA Deputy C-in-C Major Raju Barua in course of hearing, held today. The Deputy C-in-C has already got bail granted on all other cases, except 1 case pending in CBI court.  The hearing on the remaining case will be held on November 26. There was clear instruction from the state government that to initiate the Lateral Talk positively with the banned outfit, release of Raju Barua on bail is mandatory, while Barua is heading Military wing of the outfit in regards of their operation.
