Paresh Baruah will dictate Hardliner group from China

The Paresh Baruah fraction of United Liberation Front of Asom (ULFA) has reformed their Military force structure by terminating all the Battalions and applied new rule of Unique Command under the Mobile Military Headquarter. In a recent press release sent to Times of Assam, by Arunodoy Dohotiya it has been said that there were several round of meets held under leadership of Paresh Baruah at their Mobile Camp from March 20 to March 29. At the meetings, it was decided to terminate the previous Army Wing structure and to form new rule of Military activity under Command of Mobile Military Headquarter of the outfit. The Mobile Military Headquarter is nothing but under total control of Paresh Baruah. The new rule is imposed from today, April 21, 2011.
It is to be mentioned that this time Arunodoy Dohotiya sent the email from Beijing of China with the IP address as 116.54.165.235. The earlier few emails also came from China which indicates that Paresh Baruah has been able to move his elder son Ankur Khan Sunlee to China, who is in charge of their Publicity with the name Arunodoy Dohotiya.
It is also to be mentioned that the Central Committee of ULFA has made out organizational decision for Lateral Talk with GoI, while Paresh Baruah alone from the Central Committee is keeping himself away from any Lateral Talk. The stand of another Central Committee Member Anup Chetia is yet unknown who is jailed in Bangladesh since 1997. Another Central Committee member Jiban Moran also hasn’t expressed his stand in regards of Lateral Talk.
