Pawan Singh Ghatowar to be inducted into Union Cabinet

Pawan Singh Ghatowar, Senior Congress leader and Dibrugarh MP, has got the green signal from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and is all set to make his entry into the Union Cabinet on July 11th, 2011. He will be sworn in on Tuesday at the Rashtrapati Bhavan along with 13 other Ministers.

According to a directive released by the PMO, three ministers with cabinet rank will be sworn in along with six Ministers of states (MoS) with independent charges and three Minister of State (MoS). It is yet not confirmed as what portfolio will be assigned to Ghatowar. It is also not confirmed about DoNER Minister B K Handique’s continuence as Minister.
